Can I purchase from your premises?

    We operate a Warehouse Outlet in Glendening. Address: Unit 1, 11 Voyager Circuit Glendenning NSW 2761. We stock the same range in our Warehouse Outlet that is currently available on our website.  Either place your order online and mention 'Customer Pick Up', or come in and browse.

Can I send to a different address than my billing address?

    Yes.  Our system allows you nominate a different shipping address during checkout.

I am concerned about entering my credit card details. Is the website and payment process safe?

  • Yes! We don’t store any of your credit card information on file nor do we share any of your personal information with anyone else.

Is a manufacturer?

    Although we do have some tools that are made specifically for us, we are not manufacturer.  Part of our mission is to bring these “hard to find” industry specific tools under one roof, so you  do not have to look high and low to find the tools necessary to run your business.

Is there a minimum order?

    No, you may order as much or as little as you would like.

My order has arrived incomplete or damaged. What happens now?

    1. You have the right to request a refund within 14 days from which you take possession of the items.
    2. Items must be in original condition and the original receipt (or copy) must be provided.
    3. To request a refund, you must inform us ( of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
    4. To meet the refund deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your request before the fourteen day period has expired.
    5. We shall only refund the payments for the items you purchased. No refund will be made for delivery costs.
    6. We may withhold payment of the refund until we have received the goods back.
    7. The item shall be returned by post or handed over to us without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your request from this contract to us. You are liable for shipping costs of the item.
    8. Only full-priced items may be refunded; sale items are excluded from refund.

Why can’t you deliver to P.O. Box Addresses?

  • Products are shipped by a variety of carriers, some of which require a physical address and signature for delivery and therefore are unable to deliver packages to P.O. Boxes. Some items are also too bulky to be delivered to a P.O Box address.
